According to Medina Hovhannisyan, Assistant Executive Director of the Tufenkian Foundation, which leads Artsakhpress, the first batch of solar panels was installed in March. At the next stage, it is planned to install the systems during the current year.
The purpose of the program, as the representative of the company pointed out, is the assistance of the Defense Army of the Artsakh Republic. The program will be of a lengthy nature.
