ACBA-Credit Agricole Bank has signed an agreement with a major international SAP company engaged in the development of solutions for corporate business, within which the Bank, through the application of SAP-created modern technologies, will implement the full digital transformation of the bank.
As the Bank's press service informs, by applying these technologies it will allow the Bank to significantly reduce the average service time per client, apply an individual approach to each client, and at the same time raise the quality level of the banking system.
Chief Executive Officer of ACBA-Credit Agricole Hakob Andreasyan noted that the bank has always attached special importance to the use of innovations and innovative technologies, regularly expanding and promoting their application in business. "Thanks to technology, we will be able to respond interactively to the demands of our customers. Therefore, we will be able to provide such packages of services and solutions that will be most effective for them," he stressed. According to A. Andreasyan, based on the analytical system operating in real mode, a new digital system of the Bank will be created.
