ArmInfo. Beeline announces the introduction of modern and digital methods of HR management.
As the press service of the company informs, a preliminary interview for recruitment can already be done in video mode via the Beeline website. Also, the process of involving new employees in the team is simplified. In order to be able to integrate better and to continue their career with Beeline, the company introduced a three-month program to support new employees.
"Being a responsible employer is the most important direction of our strategy, and we are constantly improving HR management processes. First, thanks to video interviews, candidates can better tell about themselves. And a more experienced employee, whom we call buddy, is attached to a person already employed. Its purpose is to familiarize the newcomer with the procedures, the culture of the company and, of course, colleagues. We want all our employees from the very first day to feel they were in demand, not to be constrained and could fully reveal their abilities," said Beeline Director General in Armenia Andrey Pyatakhin.
To pass a video interview, you need to choose the right vacancy on the site www.beeline.am, follow the link in the job description, write down and post the answers to the questions. If necessary, you can record video from several attempts. This solution allows candidates to more fully present their knowledge, experience.
Candidates submitting a written resume may receive an invitation from the company to record video interviews and, if desired, use it.
