ArmInfo. Armenia's share in the distribution of customs duties within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union will increase. The draft law "On Ratification of the Protocol on Application of Certain Provisions of the Agreement on Accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Agreement on the EAEU of May 29, 2014, signed on December 23, 2014", was adopted at the RA National Assembly on May 23.
According to the RA Deputy Minister of Finance Armen Hayrapetyan, the bill provides for increasing the share of Armenia in the distribution of customs duties between the EEA countries received from trade with third countries, from 0.11% to 1.22%. According to the protocol, the share of Belarus will be 4.56%, Kazakhstan - 7.055%, Kyrgyzstan - 1.9% and Russia - 85.256%. In 2015, Armenia paid 30 billion AMD to the union budget, in 2016 - 35 billion drams and in 2017 - 44 billion drams. At the same time, the republic received 55 billion drams from the Union budget in 2015, 68 billion drams in 2016 and 72 billion AMD in 2017.
