During the meeting, the minister briefly presented the existing problems and challenges in the field of agriculture in Armenia. In this context, he noted the need to increase the area of cultivated land, integrated pricing for agro products, the development of cooperatives, the introduction of drip irrigation systems and modern anti-hail facilities. "I hope our bilateral cooperation will continue to expand and develop," A. Khachatryan stressed.
According to the source, the parties attached importance to improving the quality of local agro products in order to expand export markets, ensure food safety, improve consulting systems, develop organic agriculture, etc.
