ArmInfo. The Committee of State Revenues (SRC) of Armenia, as far as possible, refrains from implementing control measures or applying other administrative measures to small and medium-sized businesses. This was reported to ArmInfo in the press service of the ministry.
According to the information, in order to implement effective and targeted tax administration, tax inspections are carried out by large taxpayers who were deemed to be risky by the relevant system.
At the same time, the tax and customs department refrains from inspecting representatives of SMEs. Instead, preventive work is carried out to inform and notify SME entrepreneurs, who mainly deal with the rules of operation of cash registers (release of goods by check), registration of employees in law in the established manner and documenting transactions.
"Nevertheless, if the taxpayers have facts and information indicating that the actions of the CGD or individual employees of the department are aimed at unreasonable interference in the activities of SMEs, or those that have taken place in the past, the tax and customs department suggests informing about this in the following way:
1) Postal address, Yerevan, st. Komitas 35, 0051 2) The electronic address is [email protected]
Note that a week earlier, in an interview with reporters, the head of the SRC, David Ananian, stated that the agency had a clear instruction not to overload the small and medium business with tax administration. "If one or another member of the Committee misunderstands the instruction given to him, we should release this employee from his post." We also need to clear the field and attract new employees, "Ananyan said. Nevertheless, representatives of SMEs continue to signal an ongoing onslaught of tax authorities.
