ArmInfo.On October 19, acting Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan received a delegation of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, headed by the representative of the Central Committee on Foreign Relations Nguyen Tuan Phong.
As the press service of the RA government reports, welcoming the guests, the acting Deputy Prime Minister stressed the importance of developing bilateral relations, especially in view of the agreement signed between Vietnam and the Eurasian Economic Union on a free trade zone. He stressed that both countries would benefit from ongoing contacts and exchange of experience, in particular, on issues such as digitalization of the economy, health care, education and the social sphere.
Expressing appreciation for the warm welcome, Nguyen Tuan Phong noted that, despite the geographical remoteness, between the two States have developed efficient cooperation, which can be a good prerequisite for their further deepening.
The interlocutors noted the need for efforts in the direction of economic cooperation and the disclosure of existing potential.
