ArmInfo. Growth of prices of precious metals was registered in Armenia following downward trend. Thus, in the current week precious metals grew in prices by 3.8% versus 0.1% drop in previous week. The upward trend was registered due to sharp growth of prices on gold, silver and platinum and acceleration of growth of palladium price.
The State Depository of Precious Metals and Precious Stones of the Armenian Ministry of Finance has told ArmInfo that the following selling prices have been set for precious metals for July 4-July 10: gold (small bullions) - 20265,28 AMD per 1g (3.4% growth versus 0.9% down in the previous week), silver - 279.42 AMD (4.6% growth), platinum - 15315,78 AMD (2.4% growth after 0.8% decline in previous week) and palladium - 8826,12 AMD (4.9% growth versus 1.4% growth in previous week).
By the data of the international stock markets as of July 6, 2016, 6:57 pm Moscow time, the spot price of 1 troy ounce of gold made up $1371.4(0.03% growth versus July 5), silver - $20.22(no changes versus July 5), platinum - $1079 (0.09% drop versus July 5) and palladium - $602 (no changes versus July 5).
