ArmInfo. Prices of precious metals in Armenia keep falling for the third week in a raw accelerating weekly rate of decline to 2.1% from 1.6%, with silver suffering the steepest decline.
The State Depository of Precious Metals and Precious Stones of the Armenian Ministry of Finance has told ArmInfo that the following selling prices have been set for precious metals for August 29- September 4: gold (small bullions) - 20314,08 AMD per 1g (1% decline versus the previous week's 0.2% decline), silver - 286.81 AMD (4.9% decline versus 1.4% decline the previous week), platinum - 16709,97 AMD (2% decline versus 3.7% decline previous week) and palladium - 10598.65 AMD (0.5% decline versus 1.1% decline previous week).
By the data of the international stock markets as of September 2, 2016, 4:37pm Moscow time, the spot price of 1 troy ounce of gold made up $1,323 (down 0.05% versus September 1), silver - $19.29 (down 0.1% versus September 1), platinum - $1,058 (down 0.09% versus September 1), and palladium - $678 (down 0.5% versus September 1).
