ArmInfo. By the Armenian government's decision made today, Gazprom Armenia CJSC will pay 215 mln drams to the state budget. Minister of Energy Infrastructures and Natural Resources of Armenia Ashot Manukyan stated that as a result of redemption of mutual obligations between Gazprom Armenia and Armenian government 215 mln drams will be paid to the budget.
The company's debt to the Ministry totals 630.705.11 thousand drams, which will be transferred to the state budget, while from the government's reserve fund 415.106.650 thousand drams will be allocated to the Ministry.
Gazprom Armenia is a 100% subsidiary of Gazprom (Russia). It is the sole supplier and distributor of the Russian gas, which is delivered in transit via Georgia.
