ArmInfo. On March 3, in Yerevan, the ceremony of awarding the companies that have achieved the best results at the end of 2016 took place. The event was organized by the Ministry of Economic Development and Investment, JSC "National Institute of Standards" and the Council "National Trust".
The award ceremony takes place each year in order to promote the improvement of quality of goods and services, the introduction of effective quality control methods in accordance with the established by the Government of Armenia on February 26, 1998 order. The event is timed to the celebrated March 3 Entrepreneur's Day, the birthday of well-known businessman and philanthropist Alexander Mantashyan. The ceremony was attended by Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Investment Emil Torosyan, Deputy Chairman of Committee of technical regulation, standardization and conformity Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Lotsmanov Andrey, vice president of the European Committee for Standardization (SIST) Bogdan Topic and others.
Prizes were awarded to the companies "Bari Samaretsi", "Jermuk Group", the N8's Clinic, Institute of Perinatology, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Ltd. "Haldi Konsat". In total, 24 companies participated in the competition.
