ArmInfo. Tashir Group of companies finished deal on Izvestiya editors office building purchasing and started it renovation. The project provides creating new modern multi functional complex, according to RIA News source acquainted with the project.

"It became known that in February of the current year Tashir GC deal on purchasing Izvestia editors office (Izvestia JSC) in Tverskaya street, House 18, Building 1. Tashir currently started the renovation project," according to the source.

According to him, the price of group investments in renovation project will amount over $150 mln. The project implies the reconstruction of significant for the capital and Moscow residents Izvestia building and creation of new modern multi functional complex," he stressed.

According to the source, the front elevation of Izvestia editors office building will be maintained totally, and as a result of the renovation a new complex will aprea, including hotel with 250 rooms, office part, as well as foodservice facilities and trade. The source noted that only above ground part of the building is to be reoriented.
