ArmInfo. The platform of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council is interesting and promising for the further development of Armenia. Prime Minister of Armenia Karen Karapetyan stated this at the meeting of the Council in Kazan.
Among the priorities of the work, Karapetyan singled out an digital agenda. "We must continue to work in this direction," he said. In addition, Karapetyan said, it is necessary to work towards removing obstacles. The Armenian prime minister also drew attention to the need to intensify cooperation in the agro-industrial and scientific-research spheres. "We have already submitted relevant programs in these areas," he said.
Karapetyan underscored the importance of the introduction of the Single Window system on the EEU platform.
As a result of the meeting, programs were signed on the elimination of the obstacles in the internal market of the EEU, on subsidizing industrial production of the member countries.
