According to the statistics service of RA, followed by financial sector - AMD 400,4 thousand (annual growth for 3,2%), mining industry - AMD 380,5 thousand ( annual growth for 12,1%), and energy sector - AMD 284,6 thousand (annual growth for 4,1%).
In respect to the salaries level Yerevan takes the second position - AMD 189,5 thousand ( with annual growth for 1,5%). The leadership is kept by Syuniq region, where the nominal salary in average formed AMD 232,3 thousand (with annual growth for 6,7 %) , next comes Armavir district with AMD 164,1 thousand (annual growth for 5,7%), Tavush district - AMD 162,8 thousand ( annual growth for 13,4%)
Top five is ended with Kotayk district - 161,1 thousand (annual growth for 1,5%). According to the statistics data, the nominal salary in Armenia in January-April of 2017 formed AMD 187,2 thousand (USD 385,4) with annual growth for 2,3%. In April 2017 versus April 2016 the nominal salary increased for 3,3%. It should be mentioned for comparison, that in January-April 2016 the nominal salary in Armenia increased for 3,2 %, while in April 2016 versus April 2015 the growth formed 2,6%.
The average exchange rate for AMD was 485.14 AMD/USD1 in April, 2017, and 485.62 AMD/USD1 in January-April, compared to 481.27 AMD/USD1 in April 2016 and 486.82 AMD/USD1 in January -April 2016 In April 2015, the rate was 474.07 AMD/USD1, and in January-April 2015 - 476.46 AMD/USD1.
