ArmInfo. Armenian Government suspends inspection raids from business entities until the end of 2017, such request was made by Prime Minister of Armenia Karen Karapetyan on June 29 at a Government meeting.
Prime Minister recalled that according to the Government's decision of January 26, 2017, inspection raids of business entities were restricted, with the exception of inspections by the tax and customs authorities. As part of the optimization of the sphere, as well as the need to temporarily free the business of the inspection burden, the head of the Cabinet instructed the head of the Government to prepare a corresponding draft decision before the next meeting.
"The purpose of temporary suspension of inspections by business entities is to protect the business from unnecessary administrative interventions," Prime Minister said. At the same time, as Karen Karapetyan stressed, this restriction does not apply to high-risk objects. "The raids will continue in all cases when there is a real threat to human lives, public health, public safety and the rights of third parties.
