ArmInfo. At a governmental meeting in Armenia they discussed opportunities and options for expanding mechanisms of state support to light industry enterprises. This was reported to ArmInfo in the press service of the Government of Armenia. In addition, issues related to improving the competitiveness of enterprises, their modernization, ensuring the availability of products, and possible risks in the international market was discussed.
Karen Karapetya, Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, noted that state support mechanisms should be chosen taking into account their effectiveness and possible risks. He drew attention to the fact of a reduction in administration and stressed that this should be minimized. K. Karapetyan instructed the heads of the referring departments to further discuss the proposals submit and present the results to the government apparatus.
The meeting also discussed the issues related to tax administration in the field of public catering.
