The highest prices for apartments in Yerevan are traditionally retained by the Kentron community (Center) - 541.8 thousand drams / 1 sq. M. on average, with an annual growth of 19.7%. This is followed by Arabkir, where the price of apartment buildings is fixed at 374.6 thousand drams / 1 sq. M., With an increase of 9.4% and Davidashen - 291 thousand, which is 15.7% more than a year ago. In the rest of the capital's communities, an increase in prices for apartment buildings was also registered during the reporting period.
The lowest prices for housing in the capital remain in the community of Nubarashen, where the square meter of the apartment for the reporting period amounted to 167.1 thousand drams / 1 sq. M. on average, with an annual growth of 7.1%. In Yerevan in August 2018 1,090 transactions for the sale and purchase of apartments in multi-apartment buildings were carried out, which is more than the indicator of a year ago by 21.6%. And in general for the republic in the reporting period, transactions on the purchase and sale of apartments in multi-apartment buildings carried out 1,619, with an annual growth of 19.5%.
