ArmInfo. The meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council in an expanded format has started in Yerevan. On the agenda - 5 issues.
As the chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) Tigran Sargsyan said earlier, there are 13 issues on the agenda of the meeting of the Council in general. The first eight, as noted by Sargsyan, are planned to be discussed in a narrow composition.
So, in a narrow composition at the level of heads of governments of the EAEU countries, it was planned to discuss: the issue of the implementation of the project "Eurasian network of industrial cooperation, subcontracting and technology transfer"; the issue of using national cryptographic standards for electronic digital signature (electronic signature) in the course of informational interaction of business entities of the Republic of Armenia with the executive authorities of the Russian Federation and business entities of the Russian Federation with the executive authorities of the Republic of Armenia; the question of attributing white sugar, which is a foreign product, to goods that are not subject to placement under the customs procedure of a free customs zone, and to goods for which the free warehouse customs procedure does not apply; the question of changing the Decision of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission No. 90 of May 29, 2018; the question of canceling the Decision of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission of January 22, 2019 No. 11 <On the fulfillment by the Russian Federation of obligations in the framework of the functioning of the internal market of the Eurasian Economic Union>; the question of the progress of work on the elimination by the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union of obstacles to the functioning of the internal market of the Eurasian Economic Union; the question of approving uniform approaches to determining the country of origin when exporting goods; the question of the standards for the distribution of import customs duties among the budgets of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union. In expanded format, with the participation of delegations of the EAEU member states, it is proposed to consider: the creation of conditions for the development of a digital trading ecosystem in the Eurasian Economic Union; the question of the annual report of the Eurasian Economic Commission on monitoring the assessment of the regulatory impact of the draft decisions of the Eurasian Economic Commission in 2018; the question of the description of the reference model of the national mechanism of a single window in the system of regulation of foreign economic activity; the question of submitting to the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council the candidacy of a member of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission; the question of the time and place of the next meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council.
It should be noted that a substantial part of the fundamental issues of integration cooperation of the countries participating in the EAEU is considered within the framework of the intergovernmental council. In 2019, Armenia chairs the union's bodies, including the intergovernmental council.
