Davitashen closes the top three - 304 thousand drams / 1 sq. m., With an y-o-y growth of 11.4% and quarterly - by 2.3%. The lowest housing prices in the capital remain in the Nubarashen community, where a square meter apartment for the reporting period amounted to 171.5 thousand drams on average, with y-o-y growth of 9.3% and quarterly growth of 0.5%. In Yerevan, during the reporting period, 3.769 real estate purchase and sale transactions were made, of which 61.3% or 2309 transactions fell to the sale and purchase of apartments in multi-apartment buildings.
