According to the source, the agreement to provide loan was signed yesterday. It involves the direction of credit funds for general corporate purposes, including the refinancing of current loans of CJSC Gazprom Armenia. The loan will allow the Company to reduce the debt burden and channel funds to the implementation of promising areas.

To recall, on November 8, 2018 Hrant Tadevosyan reported that before 2030 in the modernization of the gas transmission system of Armenia $ 480 million will be invested. According to him, as part of the investment program, the entire gas transmission system is being modernized. In particular, it is planned to build about 40 km of new gas pipelines, to redecorate 700 km of gas pipelines and 650 km of gas pipelines. In addition, he continued, it is planned to restore 7 wells in the underground gas storage in Abovyan, as well as the construction of a new well. Thus, as noted by Tadevosyan, in the event of accidents, uninterrupted supply of natural gas to consumers for up to 30 days will be ensured.
