ArmInfo. The World Bank (WB) provided financial assistance to the Armenian government in launching a single platform for informants as part of a program to modernize public administration.
On May 21, the head of the Armenian office of the World Bank Sylvie Bossutro said at the event dedicated to the launch of this site.According to her, today a number of countries are working on legislative processes to introduce an informant system, while Armenia is one step ahead in this issue, launching an automated innovation system that is accessible to all potential informants. In particular, the head of the Armenian office of the WB stressed that the electronic platform of informants introduced in Armenia will have a wider range of functions, and after full application it will become one of the best examples in international practice.
Bossutro also noted that the site would be advanced in terms of providing information, exchanging messages, and tracking the results.The head of the World Bank explained that the information collected at the site will be transferred to the relevant authorities for further investigation. In addition, this system will allow you to have feedback so that the informant will be aware of what outcome the disturbing question has accepted.
