In particular, from the current 20% the amount of the fine paid by the gas supplier to subscribers in case of violation of the requirements established by the procedure for the supply and use of natural gas has been increased to 30%. At the same time, the amount of the fine will not exceed 2500 drams, against the current 2000 drams.
To improve the quality of service, the supplier is obliged to notify the subscriber / subscribers about the emergency disconnection (on the same day within one hour of the moment of disconnection) and to report on the time of elimination of the accident and the hour of connection as soon as possible via television or other communication sources.
To optimize the costs of the supplier company, the registration period for indicators from the counter has been extended - up to 6 days, against the current 3 days.
The procedure for compensating the connection charge of consumers spending up to 100 cubic meters per hour has been improved. gas. The amount of compensation for connection previously paid by subscribers in some cases was minus and did not decrease from the expenses for used natural gas. Now, as a result of changes, for each group of consumers in cases where the amount to be reduced from the cost of gas consumed is less than 5%, then the amount of compensation is equal to 5%.
