ArmInfo. The extra-budgetary funds of the Armenian departments will be limited. At a meeting on June 6, the RA government approved amendments to more than two dozen laws regulating extra-budgetary funds of various state structures.
According to Deputy Minister of Finance of the Republic of Armenia Karen Brutyan, it is envisaged to consider all the extra-budgetary funds as revenues to the state budget. The use of extra-budgetary funds in the state budget will fall within the scope of the expenditure part of the state budget. The measure proposed by the Ministry of Finance, as the deputy minister stressed, is envisaged in the program of the country's government. The package has passed the stage of lengthy and stormy discussions. Nevertheless, as Karen Brutyan noted, it is possible that before the consideration of the draft laws in the RA National Assembly, amendments will be made to it again.
