In particular, for structures and buildings in which catering services are provided and in which trade is carried out, the rate will be from 50 to 100 drams per 1 square meter. It is planned to establish a tariff from 30 to 70 drams per 1 sq. m. for hotels, medical facilities, airports, railway stations and bus stations. For industrial buildings and facilities, the amount of the rates will be from 20 to 50 drams per 1 square meter. For public buildings and facilities for scientific, educational, sports and cultural purposes, as well as barracks, the size of the tariff will range from 3 to 15 drams per square meter. For other buildings and structures, where other activities are carried out, the rate will be from 10 to 30 drams per square meter.
Papoyan said that a legal entity will also be able to pay not considering the area of the building, but taking into account the mass of accumulated garbage - 10 thousand drams per 1 ton. In addition, there are penalties for throwing garbage in the wrong place. For legal entities, fines will range from 100 to 150-fold exceeding the minimum wage. If during the year the violation is repeated, the penalty can be up to 200-fold higher than the minimum wage.
