ArmInfo.. The General Department of Civil Aviation (GDCA) is negotiating with Russian investors for the construction of an aircraft assembly and repair enterprise in Armenia. This was stated at a press conference by the head of the GDCA Tatevik Revazyan. In this regard, thousands of jobs will be opened, she stressed.
