Earlier, Pashinyan announced the completion of discussions on the "unprecedented economic proposal" of the government. So, on his Facebook page, Pashinyan, in particular, wrote: "Thousands of companies have VAT debit balances that were formed before July 1, 2017. If you don't go into details, these are the funds that the state owed to business entities for VAT refunds, of which there are about 9 thousand cases. The unprecedented nature of the proposal, its revolution, is that the government is considering the possibility of returning about 56 billion drams of debit balances to business entities. The meaning of the proposal is that economic entities that were no longer hoping to receive these funds invest these resources in our economy. This is essentially a state injection of about $ 100 million into the economy, which is unprecedented in the history of our country>.
