ArmInfo. The 7th International Anti-Counterfeit-2019 International Forum will be held in Yerevan from November 12 to 13, 2019, dedicated to the problems of combating  illegal trade in industrial products, including the protection of  intellectual property rights.

The organizer of the Anti-Counterfeit-2019 forum is the Government of  the Republic of Armenia with the support of the Eurasian Economic  Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian  Federation and the International Anti-Counterfeit Association.

It should be noted that the ArmInfo news agency will be the  information partner of the forum.  Last year, the event was held in  Moscow from November 19 to 21. The forum has already become the  central discussion platform within the framework of the Eurasian  Economic Union (EAEU), where representatives of ministries and  departments of the EAEU member states, heads of large companies and  organizations, leading international experts in this field,  representatives of science and the public have the opportunity to  discuss the problems of protecting markets from illegal turnover of  industrial products, including counterfeit and falsified ones,  ensuring the protection of intellectual property rights, as well as  engage in a constructive dialogue and work together to create a  civilized market for goods and services.  The forum will address the  following issues:

- Law enforcement in the fight against trafficking in counterfeit  products:  "Improving the law enforcement practice in combating the  circulation of counterfeit products in the EAEU (based on the  experience of using criminal and administrative tools)", "The role  and tasks of customs authorities in the field of protection of  intellectual property rights", "Digital traceability and labeling of  goods as tools to ensure free movement of goods within the EAEU "; -  Countering the illicit trafficking of industrial products:  "Countering the falsification of medical products and similar  crimes," "Practical aspects of combating unfair commercial practices,  as a basis for protecting consumers and the EAEU market from illicit  trafficking in consumer products," "Food security is the main issue  in the fight against illegal trafficking in industrial products,"  "State control over the production and turnover of food products ","  Combating the illicit trafficking of industrial products in the EAEU  "," Production and circulation with construction materials - the  basis of safety in construction "," Counteraction to counterfeiting  in the production and dissemination of cultural property ";

- Digital counterfeit protection methods: "Counteraction to  counterfeiting in the field of high technologies"; "Cybersecurity in  the EAEU countries: challenges and challenges," "Implementation of  innovative technologies, artificial intelligence in the field of  trade and product inspection";

- Formation of human resources in the fight against illicit  trafficking in industrial products and the protection of intellectual  property rights.

Representatives of all interested ministries and departments,  producers and consumer associations, experts in relevant fields,  representatives of professional communities, the media and others are  invited to participate in the forum.
