Thus, according to the source, the highest prices for apartments in Yerevan are traditionally held by the Kentron (Center) community - an average of 644.1 thousand drams / 1 sq. m., with a y-o-y growth of 14.2%, then follows Arabkir, where the price of multi-apartment buildings is fixed at 440.5 thousand drams / 1 sq. m., with a y-o-y increase of 14.4%. Davidashen closed the top three - 335 thousand drams / 1sq.m. with y-o-y growth of 12.8%.
The lowest housing prices in the capital are maintained in the Nubarashen community, where the square meter of an apartment for the reporting period averaged 185.5 thousand drams / 1 sq. m., with a y-o-y growth of 9.1%.
