In Yerevan in November 2019 apartment prices rose by 13.7% per annum 

ArmInfo. The average market value of real estate in multi- apartment buildings of Yerevan in November 2019 increased by 13.7% per annum, amounting to 333.7  thousand drams / 1 sq. m. This is evidenced by the data of the State  Committee of the Real Estate Cadastre of RA.

Thus, according to the source, the highest prices for apartments in Yerevan are  traditionally held by the Kentron (Center) community - an average of  644.1 thousand drams / 1 sq. m., with a y-o-y growth of 14.2%, then  follows Arabkir, where the price of multi-apartment buildings is  fixed at 440.5 thousand drams / 1 sq. m., with a y-o-y increase of  14.4%. Davidashen closed the top three  - 335 thousand drams / 1sq.m.  with  y-o-y growth of 12.8%.

The lowest housing prices in the capital are maintained in the  Nubarashen community, where the square meter of an apartment for the  reporting period averaged 185.5 thousand drams / 1 sq. m., with a  y-o-y growth of 9.1%.

It should be noted that real estate prices in the capital were  recorded in all communities, in particular in Kanaker-Zeytun - by  13.8% to 325 thousand drams, Nor-Nork - by 14.6% to 285 thousand  drams / 1 sq. m., Erebuni - by 10.1% to 283 thousand drams / 1 sq.  m., Shengavit - by 15.7% to 293 thousand drams / 1 sq.  m., Achapnyak  - by 18.4% to 308.2 thousand drams / 1sq.m., Malatia-Sebastia - by  15.6% to 284.5 thousand drams / 1sq.m. and Avan - by 9.8% to 286.7  thousand drams / 1 sq. m.

According to the State Committee, in November 2019, 17,433 real  estate transactions were carried out in Armenia (with a y-o-y growth  of 13.9%), of which 4984 were bought and sold (with y-o-y  growth of  11.1%). In Yerevan  in November 2019 alone, 5836 real estate  transactions were carried out (with y-o-y growth of 9.2%), of which  1653 were for sale (with y-o-y decline of 1.2%). Moreover,  transactions for the purchase and sale of apartments in multi-unit  buildings were completed in November 1079, which is 7.4% less than  the indicator a year ago. The lion's share of these deals- 22.9% -  accounted for apartment buildings in the Center community, and meager  - 0.4% - for Nubarashen.

It should be noted that the State Committee of the Real Estate  Cadastre of the Republic of Armenia changed the format of the report,  starting with the data for the Q1 of 2018, in which there is no  information on the prices of private houses. From now on, data on  private data will not be published in the State Cadastre reports on  real estate prices.
