60% of land purchase and sale transactions in regions of Armenia in  2023 were land ones

ArmInfo. The average market price of apartments in the regions of Armenia in 2023 increased by  13.4%, amounting to 130.8 thousand AMD/1 sq.m.

ArmInfo. 50.978 various real estate transactions were carried out in Armenia, in the Q3, which is 8.1% higher than a year ago, while the number of transactions  increased by 77% during the quarter. According to the data of the  State Committee for Real Estate Cadastre, of the total number of  transactions, Yerevan accounts for 31.3% (15,973 transactions), which  decreased by 4.2% in y-o-y terms, with an increase of 75.9% over the  quarter.

ArmInfo. In the regions of Armenia in the third quarter of 2020, 10,922 real estate purchase and sale transactions were concluded, which in y-o-y and quarterly terms  is higher than the indicator of a year ago by 25.8% and 86.4%,  respectively.

In Q3 of 2020, 981 real estate transactions were concluded by foreigners in Armenia, which is 41.9% lower in y-o-y terms (compared to the Q3 of 2019), but  twice as many compared to the previous quarter of this year.  According to the State Cadastre of Real Estate, in total, the share  of non-residents made 6.4% of the total volume of transactions fell  to, against 12.8% in the last year for the same period, and 5.9% in  the Q2 of this year.

ArmInfo. In Armenia, pledged real estate transactions on mortgages increased by 66.4% in July, with a y-o-y decline of 20.7%, amounting to 411. According to the RA  Real Estate Cadastre State Committee, the dominant part (66.7%) was  made in Yerevan, and among the regions the most popular is Kotayk  (10.2%) and least of all Vayots Dzor (0.2%). Most of the mortgage  collateral transactions are made for apartments (270) and private  houses (83), and only 15 - on land plots.
