ArmInfo. The official prices of precious metals keep on falling in Armenia. Thus, official price of gold (gold bullions) established for the current week were down 4% as compared to the prices for the last week and totaled 13,508.97 AMD per gram, the Depository of Precious Metals and Stones of Armenia told ArmInfo. Ex-factory silver price was down 4.6% to 208.95 drams/g, platinum - 1.7% to 17,335.22 drams/g, and palladium - 2.7% to 4,419.15 drams/g.
The source reports that as comparing to early January 2009, gold price in Armenia grew 57%, silver price - 94.1%, platinum price grew 93% and palladium - 2.4 times.
