Central Bank registers new branch of Ameriabank


ArmInfo.The Central Bank of Armenia has registered a new branch of Ameriabank - Dilijan, reports the press service of the CB.

As Chairman of the Board of Ameriabank Artak Anesyan said earlier the official opening of the branch is scheduled for Mar 5. In 2010 the bank is planning to open one branch in Yerevan and one branch in either Gyumri or Vanadzor.

For the moment Ameriabank has three branches in Yerevan, Kajaran and Stepanakert. The majority shareholder of the bank is TDA Holdings Limited, affiliate of Troika Dialogue. The company holds 99.99% of the bank's shares.
