Prices of precious metals grow in Armenia


ArmInfo. The official price of gold (gold bullions) established for the current week (April 5-11) in Armenia were up 3.3% as compared to the prices for the last week and totaled 14,383.47 AMD per gram, the Depository of Precious Metals and Stones of Armenia told ArmInfo.

Ex-factory silver price was up 6.1% to 225.58 drams/g, platinum - 4.6% to 21,130.88 drams/g, and palladium - 6.9% to 6,168.37 drams/g.

The source reports that as comparing to early January 2010, gold price in Armenia grew 5.2%, silver price - 4.5%, platinum price grew 13.2% and palladium - 19.7%.
