Banks "have become kinder", so the crisis retreats

ArmInfo. The Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement Service at the Armenian Justice Ministry (JACES) keeps on working at introduction of an e-document turnover system, said JACES Head Mihran Poghosyan at today's press conference.

"We are already submitting e-applications to the State Revenue Committee and State Committee of Cadastre. We use this system in our work with 10 commercial banks. We'll shortly establish e-document turnover with the rest as well. All this considerably reduces the time costs and enhances the work efficiency: if earlier we had to delegate our employees, for example, to Syunik or some other remote region, now most problems are settled on the spot",- said Poghosyan. He also touched on the improvement of conditions for non-payers of alimonies. "If earlier we organized meetings with a former family in the JACES rooms, now we have provided a separate room, which is more convenient for such conversations",- he said. The number of enforcement orders from the commercial banks has considerably declined. "Over the recent period the banks have been withdrawing a great number of enforcement orders. And this proves that the situation for economic entities of our country has changed for the better",- he said.
