Central Bank of Armenia registers a new branch of FINCA UCO


ArmInfo. The Central Bank of Armenia (CBA) has registered the "Masis" branch of FINCA Universal Credit Organization. The CBA press service told ArmInfo that the given decision was taken by the CBA chairman on May 12.

To note, FINCA UCO specializes in micro-financing. It provides individual and group types of micro- credits for agriculture, as well as for small industry and trade. The founder of the FINCA Fund reorganized into FINCA UCO in 2006 is one of the biggest international non-government financial organizations – FINCA International, which has 21 representative offices in the countries of South America, Africa and Eurasia.
