Central Bank registers new Yerevan branch of Ameriabank


ArmInfo. The Central Bank of Armenia has registered new Yerevan branch of Ameriabank - Cascade. The branch was registered May 24.

The press service of the Central Bank reports that in Feb 2010 the CB registered Ameriabank's Dilijan branch opened in Mar 2010. This year the bank is also planing to open a branch in either Gyumri or Vanadzor. As a result of the merger with Cascade Bank Ameriabank has obtained two more branches in Yerevan.

For the moment, besides the above-mentioned branches, the bank has two branches in Yerevan as well as branches in Kajaran, Dilijan and Stepanakert. The majority shareholder of Ameriabank is TDA Holdings Limited (99.9%), affiliate of Troika Dialogue.
