VTB Bank (Armenia) grants cash prizes to winners of draw among its customers - the best subscribers of Armenian Water & Sewerage CJSC


ArmInfo. VTB Bank (Armenia) has granted 300,000 AMD apiece to the winners of a draw among its customers - the best subscribers of the Armenian Water & Sewerage (AWS) CJSC.

The press service of VTB Bank (Armenia) reports that since 2008 the AWS, jointly with VTB Bank (Armenia), has conducted an unprecedented action among its best users. The bank is the general sponsor of this action and the company's key partner in collecting water bills in Armenia's regions.

The draw was broadcasted live on H2 TV channel June 11 2010. 6 people have won it: Armen Mikayelyan from Alaverdi, Avetik Avetyan from Vayk, Razmik Hayrapetyan from Yeghegnadzor, Mushegh Avagyan from Ararat, Jemma Pepanyan from Spitak and Karine Karapetyan from Echmiadzin.

The action is held once in four months with four winners proclaimed in each round.

During the second TV draw the SAUR company (France) selected two more winners. Each of the winners will get 300,000 AMD and VISA plastic cards.

The awarding ceremony took place in the head office of VTB Bank (Armenia) July 2.

During the ceremony Director General of the AWS Patrick Lorin and Deputy Director General of VTB Bank (Armenia) Mher Grigoryan congratulated the winners and pointed out that they have had a substantial contribution to the growth in the water bill collection in Armenia's regions.

"We are glad that our bank, together with one of our biggest corporate customers and partners, the Armenian Water & Sewerage company, continues this tradition. It is a great honor for us to take part in such an action especially as our regional branches are actively involved in the collection of bills in the regions," Grigoryan said.

Lorin thanked VTB Bank (Armenia) for its assistance and urged the population to timely pay their water bills and to do it by means of banks as this type payment is convenient, secure and quick.
