Central Bank of Armenia registers new "Vardenis" branch of Armbusinesbank


ArmInfo. Central Bank of Armenia has registered a new "Vardenis" regional branch of Armbusinesbank. As CB press service told ArmInfo today, the decision was made by CB on July 29, 2010.

To note, the branch network of Armbusinesbank (ABB) numbered 28 branches as of late 1st quarter, including 12 - in Yerevan, 9 - in regions and 7 - in the NKR.

According to the data of Ranking of Armenian commercial banks, prepared by Agency of Rating Marketing Information (ArmInfo), Armbusinesbank's assets as of July 1, 2010, made up 113.3 bln drams (4th position in the banking system), total capital - 17.4 bln drams (6th position), liabilities - 96 bln drams (3rd position). Upon the results of the 1st half year, the bank assured net profit at the rate of 1.010 bln drams.
