Central Bank of Armenia registers Vardenis branch of ACBA-Credit Agricole Bank


ArmInfo. The Central Bank of Armenia has registered a branch of ACBA-Credit Agricole Bank in Vardenis.

The press service of the CB reports that the decision to register the branch was passed by the CB Chairman on Aug 18.

As of July 1 2010 ACBA-Credit Agricole Bank had 36 branches: 5 in Yerevan and 31 in the regions. One of the majority shareholders of the bank is Credit Agricole, which holds 16% stake in the bank's capital.
