National Mortgage Company refinances 7.2 billion drams mortgage loans as of September


ArmInfo. National Mortgage Company (NMC) refinanced 48 mortgage loans for 363.9 billion drams within August 2010, NMC reported.

As of August 25 2010 the company refinanced a total of 921 mortgage loans for 7.2 billion drams. The sole shareholder of the National Mortgage Company Universal Credit Company with 5 billion drams capital is the Central Bank of Armenia registered and licensed on June 16 2009 by the Central Bank.

At present NMC has general contracts with Armbusinessbank, ARARATBANK, Armeconombank, Converse Bank, Armenian Development Bank, Artsakhbank, Anelik Bank, Ameriabank, Areximbank0GPB Group, Ardshininvestbank, VTB Bank (Armenia), HSBC Bank Armenia, INECOBANK, Byblos Bank Armenia, as well as the universal credit companies First Mortgage Company, Washington Cqapital and Express Credit.
