VTB Bank (Armenia) awards 300 thsd AMD to each winner of prize drawing among its clients - the best subscribers of Armwatercanal CJSC
ArmInfo. Armwatercanal CJSC and VTB Bank (Armenia) are holding a joint action among conscientious users of the company services. Moreover, VTB Bank (Armenia) is the primary sponsor of the given action that has been held since 2008, and the company's main bank partner engaged in collection of water payments in Armenia's regions.
The press service of the VTB Bank (Armenia) told ArmInfo that according to the results of the money prize drawing held live on the Second Armenian TV Channel on October 11 2010, the holders of the winning numbers are 6 citizens: Hakob Gevorgyan (Vayq), Sofik Tumanyan (Oshakan), Azat Stepanyan (Gavar), Grigor Avagyan (Echmiadzin), Gayane Sahakyan (Spitak), and Anahit Mnatsakanyan (Byureghavan).
According to the source, the action is held once every four months and there are 4 winners during each round (one subscriber from each region, Yerevan exclusive). On the margins of both the second and the third TV prize drawing, on its part the SAUR company (France) has chosen two more winners. Each of the six winners receives 300 thsd AMD and VISA plastic cards from VTB Bank (Armenia).
The award ceremony took place on November 12 at the head office of VTB Bank (Armenia) with participation of the leadership and representatives of VTB Bank (Armenia) and Armwatercanal CJSC. Director General of Armwatercanal Patrick Laurin and Head of the Retail Business Development of VTB Bank (Armenia) Artak Khachatryan congratulated the prize winners and pointed out that the subscribers' conscientious implementation of their contract liabilities has already lead to considerable growth of collectability of water payments in Armenia's regions.
"Our joint action with one of our largest corporate clients and partners – Armwatercanal company is a sustainable action, and the large branch network of VTB Bank (Armenia) considerably contributes to quality growth and activation of collectability of communal payments in the country, including the water payments",- said Khachatryan.
For his part, Director General of Armwatercanal CJSC Patrick Laurin congratulated the prize winners, wished them the same success to each resident of Armenia and called on the Armenian population to make their water payments via banks as well, since its convenient and reliable.
To note, VTB Bank (Armenia) is the leader by the number of its branches - 68, of them 24 in Yerevan and 44 in the regions. VTB Bank (Armenia) became a participant of VTB Group (Russia) in April 2004. VTB Group is the owner of 100% of shares of VTB Bank (Armenia).
