VTB Bank (Armenia) opens centralized crediting back-office in Yerevan


Arminfo. VTB Bank (Armenia) opened today centralized crediting back-office in Yerevan for the customers of the retail segment. As press-service of the bank reported, all the credit contracts, except the borrowings against security of gold items, will be made in this office and notarized there.

"By opening the centralized back-office for the retail crediting products we have logically finished the procedure of centralizing the process of making credits decisions regarding all credit deals. We observe centralizing as an important instrument for raising effectiveness of the crediting process, quality of service and controlling the operation risks", - director of the Department for Bank Risks Control of VTB Bank Armenia, A.Stratan, said.
