Areximbank-Gazprombank Group holds a public opinion poll among internet banking clients
ArmInfo. To assess the efficiency of internet banking and create the portrait of potential users of this service, Areximbank-Gazprombank Group has held a public opinion poll via its website. The pollees answered the bank experts' questions, pointed out the disadvantages and advantages of the system and assessed the level of internet banking under a 5-point scale. According to the results of the poll, the internet banking service of Areximbank-Gazprombank Group received 4 points. The press service of Areximbank-Gazprombank Group told ArmInfo that over 150 clinets took part in the public opinion poll, who were mostly young residents of Yerevan (mostly women) at the age ranging from 20 to 30.
According to the source, asked what services of internet banking they use, most of the respondents replied that they check their account. Asked about the advantages of the service, the respondents unanimously replied that internet banking considerably saves time, moreover, it can be used round-the-clock and in any point of the world.
To recall, internet banking allows clients from any point of the world to manage their accounts, repay loans, make money transfers and communal payments via internet. At present about 200 clients use the internet banking service of Areximbank-Gazprombank Group.
