Assets of credit organizations of Armenia up 1.2% up to $240 mln for 4Q 2010
ArmInfo. The aggregate assets of the credit organizations of Armenia grew by 1,2% for the 4Q 2010 and reached 87.2 bln drams or $240 mln as of 1 January 2011, press-service of Armenian Central Bank reported. The volume of the funds of the credit organizations at nostro-accounts in the banks reduced by 20% for the 4Q and amounted to 4.1 bln drams ($11.2 mln).
The volume of leasing and factoring operations of the credit organizations reduced by 5,1%, having amounted to 4.6 bln drams ($12.6 mln). The volume of legal persons crediting reduced by 4,2% to 12.5 bln drams ($34.5 mln), whereas the volume of individual persons crediting grew by 16,4% up to 40.7 bln drams ($112.1 mln). The volume of crediting of the persons connected with a credit organization grew by 69,2% for the 4Q - up to 1.7 bln drams ($4.8 mln). The cash funds increased by 36,5% over the reported period and as of 1 January 2011 amounted to 246.8 mln drams ($680thsd).
