Over Q4 2010 total capital of Armenian credit organizations grew by 11% to $99 mln
ArmInfo. Over Q4 2010 the summary capital of Armenian credit organizations grew by 11% to AMD 36 bln (USD 99 mln). In the structure of the total capital, the authorized fund grew by 8,6% and totaled 25.9 bln AMD ($71.4 mln).
According to the Central Bank of Armenia (CBA), the share of foreign capital in the authorized fund declined by 4% to 9.2 bln AMD ($25.3 mln). The main reserves were maintained at the same level - 545.7 mln ($1.5 mln). As of 1 Jan 2011 the accumulated profit made up 9.6 bln AMD ($26.3 mln), having increased by 21,2% over Q4 2010. The CBA says that as of Jan 1 2011, there were 32 credit organizations and 60 branches in Armenia.
