Gasprombank and its Armenian "subsidiary" start money transfer from card to card
ArmInfo. The Russian Gasprombank and its Armenian subsidiary Areximbank-Gasprombank Group have started implementing the money transfer between Russia and Armenia without opening an account via international Mastercard cards.
As press-service of the bank reported, the privilege of the new system is that any time a customer may quickly and reliably transfer and receive funds not visiting a bank by means of ATMs of Gasprombank in Russia and Areximbank-Gasprombank Group in Armenia. The money transfer may be implemented only in Russian roubles. The sum of transfer is delivered in Armenian drams at the territory of Armenia.
The bank recalls that the total volume of transfers of individual persons of the bank between Russia and Armenia in 2010 amounted to 6.298 bln drams, and the number of the implemented transfers - 26 188.
