Prices of precious metals rise


ArmInfo. The prices of precious metals are rising. The State Depository of Precious Metals and Precious Stones of the Armenian Finance Ministry told ArmInfo that the following prices for the precious metals are fixed for March 28-April 3 2011: gold price (small bullions) - 16963.41 AMD per 1 gramme (1.2% weekly growth), silver - 435.58 AMD (5.1% weekly growth), platinum - 20649.67 AMD (0.9% weekly growth), palladium - 8810.97 AMD (2.5% weekly growth).

To note, since the beginning of 2011, the selling price of gold has risen by 5.8%, silver - by 28.6%, platinum - by 3.6%, and palladium - by 0.9%.
