Arminfo. The volume of big crediting by Unibank - up 109% and SME - 131% over the last three years. As press-service of the bank reported, thanks to much growing of the business crediting the credit portfolio of the bank grew by 119% up to $212.6 mln as of 1 January 2011.
The business support is one of the priority directions in the credit portfolio of Unibank. Stemming from the specification of the business direction, the size and the financial state of the company, the customer is offered the cooperation conditions being in line with the given sphere of activity most of all. For instance, a credit product has been drawn out for the small business which does not require obligatory security interest, only the guarantee of a legal and individual person. The bank also offers to make use of the business-overdraft which may be given in Armenian drams with rate of interest 18%-20% and minimal rate - 18% for the customers of Unibank.
According to the Ranking of commercial banks of Armenia prepared by Arminfo, as od 31 December 2010, the share of credits in the assets of Unibank was 65%. More than 30% of the credits were placed in the industrial sector and almost 20% - in the sector of trade.
