ArmInfo issues new information and analytical product - ranking of biggest industrial and trade companies of Armenia
ArmInfo. ArmInfo news agency has issued a new information and analytical product - ranking of biggest industrial and trade companies of Armenia. The bulletin is a complex financial analysis of the companies with many qualitative and quantitative coefficients of assessment of effectiveness of their activity, liquidity and business activeness. "Our new products are in line with the policy of the government to provide transparency of the real sector of Armenia's economy and take it out of the shadow sector. Like an information structure, we may contribute, as much as we can, in this not so easy work", - Director General of ArmInfo news agency Emmanuil Mkrtchyan said. He also added that later the line of the ranking will be followed by the big service organizations of the country as well. Mkrtchyan is sure that creation of new information and analytical products will shed light on the situation in the real sector of the economy of the country and will later increase the level of its investment attractiveness.
The ranking will be issued once a year according to the financial reports of the biggest Armenian companies which are obliged to publish their reports. "The rating service of ArmInfo understands that high level of the shadow sector in the economy makes corrections in the level of adequacy of the financial analysis of the companies, but it does not at all derogate importance of our job. We hope the leaders of the companies will understand the case and are ready to cooperate. We are ready to take into account all the suggestions on improvement of our information and analytical products", - the head of the rating service of ArmInfo, Karina Melikyan, said.
To note, the rating service of ArmInfo was created in the middle of 90-s. It analyses financial indices of commercial banks, credit companies and insurance companies of Armenia.
