Precious metals in Armenia grow in price by 2%
ArmInfo. Over the current week the average growth in precious metals prices will be 2%. Gold, silver and platinum will grow in price by 2.8%, while palladium will drop in price by 0.1%.
The State Depository of Precious Metals and Precious Stones of the Armenian Finance Ministry told ArmInfo that the following prices are fixed for 18-24 April 2011: gold (small bullions) - 17733.15 AMD/g (1.9% weekly growth), silver - 497.40 AMD (5.8% weekly growth), platinum - 21667.15 AMD (0.8% weekly growth), palladium - 9420.50 AMD (0.1% weekly decline).
To note, as compared with early 2011, gold in Armenia has grown in price by 10.6%, silver - by 46.8%, platinum - by 8.7%, and palladium - by 7.8%.
