Converse Bank changes Chairman of its Board
ArmInfo. The Board of Converse Bank has named Armen Ter-Tatchatyan to replace Juan Pablo Gechidjian as its Chairman.
The press service of the bank reports that Gechidjian has quitted the post on his own will and will remain a member of the Board.
Ter-Tatchatyan and Gechidjian have been in the Board since 2007 replacing each other as Chairman in turn.
The shareholders of Converse Bank are Advanced Global Investments, controlled by Argentinean businessman Eduard Eurnekian (95%), and the Holy Echmiadzin Cathedral (5%).
